This office and cleanroom buildout for Sumitomo Cryogenics in San Jose called for a full electrical fit-out spanning multiple voltage classes, from standard 120V office circuits up to 480V equipment power. The scope included a new transformer, more than a dozen new and relocated panels, and extensive LED lighting with integrated controls throughout both the office and lab areas.

Specialized lab circuits served fan filter units, oxygen sensors, and dedicated equipment throughout the space, along with 460V power for overhead cranes and dedicated cryogenic infrastructure for liquid nitrogen handling. The result is a flexible, high-performance environment built to support demanding daily operations and long-term adaptability.
