This 36,746-square-foot office and lab tenant improvement at Turn Biotechnologies in San Jose called for a decorative lighting package alongside coordinated power distribution and electrical support for CDA and vacuum systems throughout the finished space. Lighting controls were layered in to tie fixtures and functionality together seamlessly across the finished floor plan.

Beyond the tenant space itself, the scope extended into landlord-side systems — elevator power, restrooms, rooftop mechanical equipment, and panel and distribution upgrades serving the wider building. The result is a well-coordinated buildout where refined lighting and dependable infrastructure work together seamlessly throughout, on both sides of the lease line.
