This two-level office tenant improvement for Expedia in San Jose started with safe-off and demolition of the existing electrical and lighting systems, then rebuilt power across Levels 2 and 3. Scanning and coring brought new floor power to open work areas, and our crews ran pathways for AV, data, security, and DAS systems throughout, including conduit for card readers.

Beyond the core buildout, the scope covered a lighting package tied into a Lutron Vive wireless control system, with factory-finished white conduit in exposed ceiling areas and a suspended architectural linear fixture assembled on the ground before it was lifted into place. Fire alarm work, UPS terminations, an emergency power-off switch, and Title 24 documentation for each floor completed the job. The result is a workspace where power, lighting, and technology infrastructure were coordinated floor by floor ahead of the office opening in June 2026.
