Electrical work at The Radius unfolded in two phases, starting with a core and shell upgrade that brought new service, switchgear, generator power, and floor-by-floor distribution to this Alameda building ahead of future tenancy. The second phase layered in tenant-level power, signal, and Title 24-compliant lighting throughout an existing floor of open office and lab space.

New tenant sub-panels were fed from the existing core infrastructure, supporting power and signal devices throughout open office, lab, conference, and support spaces, with occupancy sensing, dimming, and daylighting controls layered in. The result is a versatile environment built to support a range of lab and office uses for years to come.
