This restaurant tenant improvement at Via Aurelia in San Francisco called for a highly coordinated electrical build to support both an elevated dining room and a high-performance, back-of-house kitchen operation. A fully integrated Lutron dim-to-warm lighting control system unified cove lighting, pendants, concealed fixtures, and decorative elements into one seamless, adjustable environment.

Beyond the dining areas, the scope reached into dedicated kitchen equipment circuits, rooftop mechanical power for the building’s fan coil and exhaust systems, and fire alarm rough-in throughout. The result is a refined, high-functioning space where lighting and electrical systems work together to enhance ambiance and elevate the guest experience.
