This lighting upgrade at America Center in San Jose replaced the existing lobby and elevator lobby fixtures with new LED lighting, reconnected to the building’s existing circuits. The scope also called for new lighting and power design across the fitness, conference, dining, and shower rooms.

Coordinating new circuits into an existing building required careful integration with the spaces that were staying in place, while the amenity areas received new lighting and power layouts built around their specific uses. The result is a refreshed, cohesive amenity experience throughout the building.
