This open warehouse tenant improvement in Redwood City focused on delivering clean, efficient electrical infrastructure to support a flexible industrial space. The scope included installation of suspended linear LED lighting across the warehouse floor, along with power distribution, ceiling occupancy sensors, dimmers, power packs, and tele/data chases throughout the office and support areas.

Our team also completed design-build electrical and fire alarm work, from engineered plans and permitting through programming and final inspection. Coordinated within an open-to-structure environment, the finished buildout balances durability, code compliance, and a clean modern industrial aesthetic.
