This office tenant improvement for FM Global in Walnut Creek began on the second floor with a give-back space. Our crews safed off and disconnected hard-wired furniture and cubicles, demised lighting and power circuits at a new wall line, and made restroom and closet updates to leave the area market ready.

Past the give-back work, the Level 2 field office buildout included lighting and controls to Title 24 requirements, power to HVAC and plumbing equipment, AV infrastructure and wall boxes, and conduit at open ceilings for fire alarm, AV, HVAC controls, and data. Inspections cleared the walls before close-in, then crews pulled home runs to ceiling fixtures as the space moved toward close-out. The result is a field office where lighting, power, and low-voltage pathways were sequenced room by room and checked at each stage before the ceilings closed.
